We adhere to a simple and straightforward aircon installation process that leaves zero room for error. However, we completely understand the fact that proper installation is always needed for an Aircon to show its optimal performance. Our technicians are well-versed with different model specifications, which allows them to install your AC in the most convenient way possible. Any error of judgment while placing your air conditioner can hamper the entire performance of the unit.

We believe that you should live a comfortable and convenient life by having complete access to an AC unit at all times. This becomes even more essential when you’re living in an area dominated by tropical climates.

1. Choosing a spot for installation

When installing a split AC, the most important factor is selecting a wall that can support the unit’s vibrations and movements. This becomes even more critical if both the indoor and outdoor units are placed on the same wall. A solid, sturdy wall will help minimize vibrations, ensuring the safety of your home and its occupants.
Additionally, we always aim to install your air conditioner at least 7 feet above the ground. This ensures optimal placement for both performance and ease of maintenance, allowing for hassle-free servicing in the future.

2. Mounting the plate and drilling a hole

It’s essential to mount the plate at a perfect zero-degree angle to ensure that your AC fits snugly against the wall. We use a spirit level and measuring tape to carefully achieve this precise angle. Once the plate is properly positioned, we proceed with drilling holes for the wires and pipes, and then connect the indoor and outdoor units seamlessly.

3. Placing the indoor unit

INext, it’s time to mount the indoor unit. We begin by removing any protective covers. Then, we carefully lift the unit onto the mount, guide the wires and pipes through the pre-drilled holes, and secure it in place with screws. To ensure optimal performance, we always check that the copper pipes are free of any sharp bends.

4. Choosing a spot for the outdoor unit

When placing your outdoor unit, we ensure that there is a distance of thirty centimeters between the wall and machine. This will guarantee that your AC gives a top-notch cooling performance.
Moreover, a spot without direct sunlight is prioritized to ensure the AC performance your manufacturer promised.

5. Some more screws

Now it’s time to position your outdoor unit on the wall. Before that, we drill holes to secure the holding brackets. Once the brackets are in place, we carefully lift the unit and fasten it securely with screws to ensure a firm attachment. These holding brackets are essential for keeping the unit securely mounted against the wall.

6. Time for the wires

Once both units are positioned, the next step is to connect the wires. If there are any connections needed between the two units, we will begin with those. Afterward, we will link the main power supply to the electrical ports of your home. If a connection diagram is provided, we will refer to it to ensure we follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for proper installation.

7. Copper wires connection

We then use a vacuum pump to connect all the copper lines. Once the connections are made, we securely close the flare nuts and open the gas valves to initiate the gas flow, ensuring everything is properly set up for optimal cooling performance.
